India surpasses China in population by nearly 3 million

It is indicated that the age group under 14 in India is 25% of the total population of the country, in China – 17%. At the same time, in older age groups, China is ahead of India in terms of the number of citizens included in them.
China also surpasses India in life expectancy. So, for Chinese women, the figure is 82 years, for Chinese men – 76 years. In India, life expectancy is 74 and 71 years respectively.
