Moscow legislators have demonstrated consensus regarding the punishment of SIM drivers for driving while intoxicated. Thus, Deputy Head of the Moscow City Duma Stepan Orlov supported the proposal of the Ministry of Transport and kick-sharing operators to impose a fine of 100 thousand for such an offense.
“If the driver of a car or motorcycle is punished quite severely for such a violation, then why does the user of an individual electric vehicle get away with it?” the parliamentarian noted. The deputy added that the initiative requires comprehensive study with the participation of the expert community.
