The video was discovered by Roskomnadzor in December 2022 and sent materials to the police. I have nothing to do with this post. If I did, I would defend my position. But I just didn’t do it, so I don’t even have anything to talk about, ”he explained.
Vladislav Idamzhapov clarified to Kommersant that a complaint against the district court’s decision was filed on the morning of March 17. “The complaint is based on several thoughts. Firstly, in accordance with the rules of the VKontakte social network, and the rules of logic, a person who does not have a personal page on the social network cannot post or repost in a group. The court missed this point. Secondly, in order to make a post or repost in the community, you need to have at least the rights of either an editor, or be the owner or administrator of the community, and Evgeny Roizman was neither one nor the other. To be more objective, we asked the court yesterday to know who was the editor, owner, or administrator of this community at the time this post was published. The court, for reasons unknown to us, denied this request. Our evidence lies on the surface, but for some reason the court did not want to objectively and fairly consider this case, ”the politician’s lawyer shared.
Evgeny Roizman addressed to the general director of VK Management Company LLC Elena Bagudina with a request to block all accounts with his name in the title.
Prior to that, in August 2022, in relation to Evgeny Roizman excited a criminal case on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, he committed illegal actions by posting the video “Answers to your questions” on YouTube, where he shared a negative opinion about the military special operation in Ukraine. By a court decision, he is forbidden to use the Internet and telephone, as well as attend public places and events.
