Creative schools and colleges of the capital start open days

There is only one month left. And in creative colleges and schools of arts the admission campaign will begin.

On the eve of this period, Moscow secondary vocational educational institutions working in the field of culture and art invite guests to open days, where they will tell everyone who comes about the variety of their educational programs, admission rules and learning secrets. Such an “educational event” is traditionally held in early spring and lasts about a month.

So, the Moscow Theater School of Oleg Tabakov invites everyone to a meeting on March 26, where visitors will be told about the history of the establishment of the educational institution, admission rules and features of education. An informative tour of the classrooms and rehearsal rooms will be organized for the guests, as well as a concert prepared by senior students.

Until May 27, meetings with applicants will be held at the Theater Art and Technical College, where young citizens will get acquainted with those guys who are already studying at the college, visit an exhibition of their works.

The Fryderyk Chopin Moscow State College of Musical Performance will host an open day on April 1st.

At the Ludwig van Beethoven Children’s Music School, an open day is scheduled for April 8th. Young musicians who are already studying at school are going to perform in front of the guests, and teachers will tell visitors about the history of creating musical instruments and the principles of playing them. Parents of future students will learn about the musical traditions of the school, its creative projects and programs. On the same day, the children’s art school named after Ilya Repin awaits guests. Her teachers will hold master classes for all who come in graphic composition, paper plastic, batik, painting and work from nature.

And on May 12, everyone is welcome at the Savva Mamontov Children’s Art School. Guests will take part in a quest during which they will get acquainted with various musical instruments, dance styles, perform a song accompanied by a pop-jazz ensemble, and draw a picture. There will be an information area for parents.
