Moscow services are transforming the area near 10 stations of the Big Circle Line (BCL) of the metro. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported this.
According to the mayor, builders have already finished landscaping the areas near the Klenovy Boulevard and Nagatinsky Zaton stations. Now there are convenient routes for pedestrians; a walking eco-route with a workout area and a children’s playground has appeared on the Nagatinskoye embankment along Kolomenskaya Street. In addition, a bicycle path was laid on the street.
At the same time, Sobyanin noted, work is underway near the stations “Prospekt Vernadskogo”, “Textilshchiki”, “Aminevskaya”, “Novatorskaya”, “Maryina Roshcha”, “Zyuzino”, “Vorontsovskaya”. The roadway, sidewalk and lighting were updated, and new stops and information pylons were installed.
Near the Sokolniki station, the construction of a sports cluster with a skate park and pump track on Gastello Street is being completed. The area around it on Matrosskaya Tishina and 5th Sokolnicheskaya streets will be put in order next year, the politician specified.
In addition, the mayor concluded, landscaping is underway at 11 MCD stations, 9 metro stations and 4 city stations.
