Over the first six months, Moscow engineering enterprises increased the production of individual parts and components by 35.7% compared to 2022. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his blog.
“Today, more than 260 engineering enterprises operate in Moscow, employing over 11.7 thousand people,” the mayor said.
According to Sobyanin, the production of pneumatic and hydraulic engines, turbines, compressors, pumps and other general-purpose machines increased by 35.7% over the year. The production of machine tools, press-forging and foundry equipment for the processing of hard materials increased by 91.8%.
The mayor added that Moscow supplies its products not only to domestic markets, but also to neighboring countries, North Africa and Southeast Asia.
In 2023, the Hydraulic Vane Machines organization, thanks to a grant, increased the volume of product shipments by 8%. Firm “LG Avtomatika” in January-July increased output by 25%, up to 3 thousand units.
According to the mayor, LASSSARD also plans to expand production and produce up to 400 units of laser equipment annually. In the first half of the year, the Mikrobor enterprise reached a record high, having produced 28,000 metal-cutting plates.
