Singer and actress of Chinese origin Yang Ge became a participant in “The Voice” in Germany. However, she did not inform the jury and the audience that she had lived in Russia for over 16 years.
Yang Ge was born and raised in Beijing. After school, she came to our country as an exchange student and was later able to enter VGIK. She starred in such films as “Crew”, “Attraction”, “Matilda”, etc.
At the blind auditions of the German show, the Chinese woman captivated the judges with her performance of the track “Truth Hurts”. All the jury members turned to Yang Ge. In a conversation with them, the singer said that she came to Germany from China to “glorify the culture of her native country.”
In 2019, Yang Ge took part in the show “The Voice” on Channel One.
