The lead singer of “Puppies” Tesli was unable to appeal the arrest for performing while wearing a sock on his genitals

The lead singer of the group “Puppies” Maxim Tesli was unable to appeal his arrest for 10 days after performing at a concert wearing a sock on his genitals. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.

“The decision of the district court was left unchanged, the complaint was not satisfied,” the statement says.

Tesli was convicted under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Petty hooliganism”. Earlier, he went to a concert in a St. Petersburg club naked and with a sock on his genitals. At some point, the sock came off, but this did not bother the musician.

Before him, rapper Vacio, a participant in the “naked” party, was arrested for performing with a sock. During his arrest, he repented and assured everyone that he just wanted to stand out, but he went too far.
