Presenter Anastasia Ivleeva did not admit guilt in the case of a party in the Moscow club Mutabor on December 21. The presenter’s lawyers claim that the presenter “did not know that the guests were at the event in a manner that offended human dignity,” follows from the decision of the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow dated December 29 (.doc).
The defense of the accused believes that the company that entered into an agreement with Anastasia Ivleeva should bear responsibility for organizing the party. The resolution states that the agreement was concluded between individual entrepreneur Uzenyuk A.V. (real name Ivleeva A.V.) and LLC, whose name is not indicated in the document.
Lawyers for Anastasia Ivleeva also claim that the message about the dress code of the event sent to guests included examples of images for guests that “were not a call.” In addition, according to the resolution, the event was intended as a “photo exhibition.” It was planned to present photographs taken by Playboy magazine in 2022. The court ruling also states that the purpose of the party was to attract sponsorship integrations, in particular, the MTS and Golden Apple companies.
December 29 Lefortovo court fined Anastasia Ivleeva for 100 thousand rubles. for organizing an event that resulted in a violation of public order (Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). According to TASS, she did not appeal this decision.
Leading twice before apologized for holding the party and the inconvenience caused by the appearance of the stars. In one of the apology videos, Ms. Ivleeva explained that she planned to show at the party photos taken in 2022 for Playboy magazine, when she became its editor-in-chief. Then it was not possible to present them because the magazine left Russia. She also promised donate funds from the event to charity.
