Senior Vice President of Sberbank Nikolai Vasev has passed away. He was 42 years old, the bank’s press service reports.
Vasev worked at the bank for more than 12 years. He headed the “Development of B2C Customer Experience” block and actually built the vertical of the mortgage product segment, Sber noted. They emphasized that under his leadership, Domklik became the leader in the mortgage market, the process of purchasing real estate was simplified for clients, and effective interaction was established with developers throughout the country.
“Nikolai was a passionate professional in his field, a kind, cheerful and sympathetic person, the soul of his team, a reliable friend to many colleagues and business partners,” the obituary says.
Vasev was appointed to the post of Senior Vice President and Head of B2C Customer Experience Development in December 2022. Before that, since 2015, he was the general director of Domklik, and since 2020, vice president of the bank.
