United Russia submitted to the State Duma bill, proposing to extend until 2031 the dacha amnesty for buildings and structures related to the common property of gardening and vegetable farming partnerships. Currently, according to the law, the dacha amnesty is valid until January 1, 2024.
As Andrei Turchak, First Vice-Speaker of the Federation Council, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia, clarified, the draft law deals with buildings erected before 2004. “Now they can be registered in the cadastral register and state registration of rights can be carried out in a simplified manner… If this procedure is canceled, then these buildings can only be registered through the court,” he wrote in Telegram.
According to Rosreestr, the share of registration of houses under the dacha amnesty in 2021 was estimated at 30% of the total volume of commissioning of private houses, but now it does not exceed 2%. In general, the volume of housing commissioned in January-June was assessed in 52.1 million sq. m – 0.9% less year on year. In August, the individual housing construction sector demonstrated the maximum growth for the year: the volume of commissioning of private houses amounted to 6.7 million square meters. m.
