Secondary gasification gives rise to new traditions in the Kuban

Svetlana was born and raised in Staromyshastovskaya. He says that all his life the whole village dreamed of gas. “My parents are dead, they didn’t wait. And I am already well over 50, but now we will live with gas. We are very grateful to everyone involved in this program for their efforts. I was in Mezhregiongaz and Gas Distribution, I saw these queues. And we are all southern, with character. So thank you very much for your patience. I don’t know how they withstood all of us,” Svetlana bursts out in gratitude.

She works as a medical statistician in a pharmacy, but in addition to her main activity, she is actively involved in society. As far as possible, he tries to influence what is happening and improve the space around him. So, she tried to achieve the gasification of her native village – she went to receptions, knocked on thresholds, but, according to her, she met with significant resistance. And the current presidential program has made it possible to bring gas to homes, without paying, moreover, for laying networks to the territory. According to the program, free gas is brought directly to the border of the site.

“I go to church in our village. There are also grandmothers who found it difficult to arrange all this on their own. I decided to help them. Our father blessed me for this work. And for many people, we connected the gas together in this way. With blessings, you know, everything is going well!” – sums up Gritsenko.

Taking an active life position, Svetlana thinks not only about herself, but also sees social consequences in the process of regasification. In order to bring gas to private households, the specialists not only extended a “thread” of the gas pipeline to the settlement, but seriously modernized the gas distribution station, giving the direction additional capacity. “This will also allow our entrepreneurs to develop, to equip new jobs. And our children will have somewhere to return after their studies and, I hope, to stay here forever, and not leave, as they do now, to work to the sea or to Krasnodar,” Svetlana notes. She also hopes that existing production will be able to reduce product prices by reducing costs.

The Gritsenko family hopes to stop counting their own costs associated with heating, cooking and heating water. After the recent increase in electricity prices, a kilowatt began to cost 4 rubles and 20 kopecks. For the entire heating season, heating cost about 100 thousand. In May, Svetlana paid about 22,000 rubles for electricity. And in the first payment for gas, the amount was only 176 rubles. “I don’t even want to guess what will happen in winter. It is already clear that, in comparison with the past, this will not be the kind of money that you need to talk about at all,” she adds.

It was in Gritsenko’s house that the heating was electric – the children helped, and meanwhile in the village there were enough houses that were still heated with wood or coal last winter. For them, after the first scrambled eggs fried on gas, a new life will begin at all.

Teapot in apples

Recently, another settlement was made happy with gas, in which there was no blue fuel all its life. Now, a brand new gas pipeline has also been extended to the Vestnik farm, located 33 kilometers from Anapa. It has neither more nor less than 220 yards. In total – 770 people who also had to heat their homes with electricity or stoves.

The construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline with a length of more than two kilometers began in 2016. In 2022, when these works were completed, it was leased to JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Krasnodar, and at the same time began to build a low-pressure gas pipeline almost 5 kilometers long. And on July 7, 2023, the ceremony of connecting the first house took place.

In total, during this period, residents of 57 households managed to submit applications for connection. 25 of them have already been completed. And the first was house number 54 on Central Street. The Trapeznikovs live in the house. Sergei Alexandrovich works as a concrete worker, Valentina Nikolaevna is on a disability pension. Their son Alexander is now performing combat missions in the NVO zone. And the daughter lives in the same farm with her husband and two daughters.

The Trapeznikovs have a rather big house – 150 “squares”. In albeit a short seaside winter, it is quite expensive to heat such electricity with electricity. Therefore, the choice fell on heating with diesel fuel. And there was no hot water at all. Now, according to preliminary estimates of the head of the family, heating will cost at least three times cheaper. Also, the family has the right to compensation for the costs of laying the “pipe” not only to the boundaries of the site, but also directly to the house.

Valentina Nikolaevna, after a solemn symbolic launch of gas, invites the participants of the ceremony to her home, where she immediately puts a brand new enameled teapot on the stove, on the side of which ripe apples flaunt. “Thank you very much. Long wait, of course. But they waited. Thank you very much, ”she says in front of the cameras, not holding back tears of joy, while her husband cuts a cake for the guests.

“As far as I remember, we had only imported gas – bottled. It was used mainly for cooking. And for heating – firewood and coal mostly. And this is both expensive and very labor-intensive, hard. I live alone, and after the firewood was brought to me, they need to be brought in, chopped. Fire up the stove, turn on the charcoal. It’s not easy,” says Tamara Chernykh, another resident of Vestnik.

Feast with culinary delights

A small Sabantuy, without scrambled eggs, but with a higher cuisine, was arranged in the village of Novoberezansky. Alexander Ivanovich Stishkova has been living on this land for about four years and keeps a bird there. On July 21, gas was supplied to the first six houses of the village in the Korenovsky district of the Kuban. On this occasion, together with his wife Tatyana Fedorovna and neighbors, they decided to get together and celebrate this event, for which they baked a musky duck with apples to the table.

The couple are generally very hospitable – they say that their house at number 12/1 on Kubanskaya Street is almost never empty. Only Alexander Ivanovich and Tatyana Fedorovna live there permanently, however, together with guests there are almost never less than six people in the house: then the children will come (and there are three of them in the family), friends, colleagues. Siberians are mentioned separately – after 20 years of work near Surgut, the northerners began to often stay with hospitable hosts on their way to the sea.

Prior to this, houses in Novoberezansky were heated by electricity, liquid fuel. Stishkova heated his large house – about 180 square meters – with firewood. “But now it’s getting tough. I am 63 years old and retired. And earlier, you know, I could never imagine that I would not have enough strength to move a log or chop firewood. I worked in Siberia, and Afghan passed. And now the years are already taking their toll. Although I still go without a stick! But nothing: the Afghans never give up, the Airborne Forces never give up! So we are still living, ”Alexander Ivanovich says with a perky smile and even with a challenge.

He also counts financial benefits. Previously, two trucks of firewood were required for the winter. Each cost about 20 thousand rubles. Total – 40 thousand per season. Their own, not the most humane calculation was in other houses. The Stishkovs settled in the village less than five years ago. And the plots there were cut back in 1991 – about 300. Only 27 were settled. So, they have been waiting for gas in Novoberezansky for more than 30 years.

Stishkova admits that in order to speed up the process, the initiative group had to “make some noise”. Having learned about the “Putin program”, they went on the Internet with their neighbors and found out that their houses were on the lists for 2022, in which, however, nothing happened. We wrote letters to Gazprom and Governor Veniamin Kondratiev. “After the letters, literally a month later, gas was extended to us. Apparently, some governor gave impetus to this matter. And today he was with us at the gas launch ceremony, ”adds the head of the family.

There are still quite a lot of settlements requiring gasification in the Kuban and in neighboring Adygea. However, now in every farm and village they monitor the course of the presidential program – they update schedules on the Web, if something slips, they write letters. And they are getting ready to meet the blue lights over the burners of brand new gas stoves.

The regional administration recently reported that since the beginning of this year, more than two thousand Kuban residents have received compensation for connecting gas. And recently expanded the possibilities of this program. Now the program can also include real estate, the cost of the gas pipeline to which fit into 105 thousand rubles.
