At 250 kilometers from the southern coast of Alaska, oceanologists found a shiny golden object on the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, conventionally called the “golden egg”.
When the manipulator took a sample of the “egg”, it turned out that it was soft to the touch.
The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration did not give a clear answer to the question of what the “golden egg” is. According to one version, it may indeed be the shell of an egg of a certain animal. Oceanologists also suggested that at a depth of more than 3 kilometers were the remains of a marine sponge.
