Russia’s technological sovereignty will be discussed at the Open Innovations 2024 forum

At the Skolkovo Technopark, at the Open Innovations International Forum, experts will discuss the necessary steps towards the country’s technological sovereignty and interaction in this direction between the state and business. The forum will take place on April 10 and 11.
First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov will take part in the plenary session “Technology – the key to sovereignty”, and the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov will also take part in the discussion.
“Dialogue between the state, science and business is one of the key factors in creating a favorable environment for the development of innovation and the introduction of advanced technologies. Today it is necessary to provide conditions for involving the widest possible range of technology entrepreneurs in the process of achieving technological sovereignty,” noted Andrey Belousov.
The discussion on the accelerated scaling of innovation will be attended by Ekaterina Solntseva, Director for Digitalization of the Rosatom State Corporation, independent Chinese economist Andy Xi, as well as Russian scientists, heads of small technology companies, investors and industrial partners.
