A resident of Tyumen avoided a fine under the protocol on discrediting the army, declaring in court that she dislikes the wobble. This is reported by the joint press service of the judicial system of the Tyumen region.
On September 24, on the city square of Unity and Accord, as it was established by the court, the girl wrote the words “no in ***e” on the pavement using blue chalk. During the court session, she refused to admit her guilt, explaining that what she wrote means “no wobble.” It was to this fish that she, as it turned out, had a dislike. The fact that an action against mobilization was taking place on the square at that time became known to her only after the arrest, the resident of the city added.
The Central District Court of Tyumen terminated the administrative proceedings against her. The evidence presented to the court, as noted in the press service, does not contain sufficient and reliable data indicating that the citizen has committed actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces.
