Russian Railways have restored train traffic in the Black Sea direction, but so far 27 long-distance passenger trains have been delayed, the organization reported.
“They opened traffic on one track on the section Lazarevskaya – Vodopadny crossing in the Krasnodar Territory… On the section Tuapse – Adler, 21 commuter trains were canceled and the route of 6 more trains was shortened,” the message said.
It is clarified that 27 passenger trains are currently delayed.
Train traffic on the Black Sea coast was blocked amid the effects of a storm that swept through the region. In the morning, Russian Railways reported that the consequences of bad weather on the Black Sea coast had been eliminated. About 50 passenger trains were delayed.
