Saratov doctors provided assistance to a tourist from Saudi Arabia. This was reported by the press service of the medical institution.
It is noted that in early July, specialists from the Regional Clinical Hospital hospitalized a 45-year-old citizen of Saudi Arabia. The man arrived in the city, after which he felt unwell.
Later, doctors discovered that the foreigner had hypertension in an advanced stage, he still had high blood pressure. All this could lead to a sudden stroke or heart attack.
Leyla Bogdalova, a cardiologist of the OKB, who is fluent in English, was appointed as the attending physician of the tourist. Subsequently, she admitted that the foreigner was pleasantly shocked by the degree of efficiency of Russian doctors.
A week later, the patient was discharged, after which he continued his trip around the Russian Federation.
