In the Kabansky district of Buryatia, work has been suspended to search for a tourist from a group of water workers who capsized on July 6 while rafting on catamarans on the Snezhnaya River. On July 10, rescuers of the BPSO of the Russian Emergencies Ministry examined 120 km of the coastline and water area of the Snezhnaya River and Lake Baikal.
It is also noted that seven members of the group, residents of the cities of Western Siberia, were previously safely delivered by rescuers to the village of Novosnezhnaya, Irkutsk Region.
