Portal NGS24.RU citing a source, reports that at the premiere of the play “Orpheus and Eurydice” in Krasnoyarsk, actress Ekaterina Lukash from Moscow broke her leg, and the artist with bronchitis had to be replaced.
According to a statement from the publication’s source, Lukash slipped while running backstage at the end of the first act of the performance, namely in the scene where the ballet furies throw her from hand to hand across the slippery floor. The portal’s interlocutor indicated that smoke was released from the backstage, and in addition, there was a slippery floor on the stage that imitated a mirror.

The theater did not confirm Lukash’s injury, but reported an urgent replacement and wished the Moscow actress a speedy recovery. Victoria Kangina, who replaced her, said that a few days before the premiere she went on sick leave, but on the day of the premiere she was urgently asked to replace her.
