Russia initiates first LGBT propaganda case under new article

In relation to the publishing house “Popcorn Books” in Russia, the first case was opened under a new article about LGBT propaganda.

It was initiated at the request of State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein of the Golyanovo Department of Internal Affairs, under articles on propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations and petty hooliganism.
