Rosfinmonitoring introduced scroll terrorists and extremists, seven more defendants in the criminal case regarding the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. The list included the brothers Dilovar and Aminchon Islomov, their father Isroil, as well as Yakubjoni Yusufzoda, Nazrimad Lutfulloi, Zoir Sharipzoda and Alisher Kasimov. All of them, except Alisher Kasimov, are natives of Tajikistan. Kasimov is a native of Kyrgyzstan. Those included in the list had previously been arrested.

The Islomov brothers and father are accused of aiding terrorists. According to investigators, they were recruited by one of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack. Dilovar Islomov was the owner of the car in which the terrorists fled after the attack. All three deny their guilt.

Yakubjoni Yusufzoda is accused of transferring funds for the accommodation of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack. Nazrimad Luftulloi, according to investigators, is also involved in financing terrorists. The investigation considers Zoira Sharipzoda an accomplice in preparing a terrorist attack. Alisher Kasimov rented out an apartment to one of the terrorists.

In March, four alleged perpetrators of the terrorist attack were included in the list: Shamsidin Fariduni, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizod and Muhammadsobir Fayzov. They were arrested by the Basmanny Court of Moscow on the night of March 25.

The terrorist attack at Crocus occurred on the evening of March 22. Armed people burst into the building and opened fire on visitors and staff. After that, they set fire to the concert complex and disappeared. As a result of the terrorist attack, 144 people were killed and 551 injured.

Soon the alleged terrorists were detained. According to the FSB, they were trying to reach the border with Ukraine. Law enforcement agencies have repeatedly stated that there was a Ukrainian trace in the terrorist attack. Ukraine itself denies involvement in the incident.
