The authorities specified that it was necessary to update the digitized databases. “We fill our databases with up-to-date data, we call citizens who live in our region and are registered with the military,” says Valery Gerasimenko, military commissar of the Lipetsk region. “The goal is to clarify personal data, family composition, health and education level and all those factors that have occurred after returning from military service. Mr. Gerasimenko stressed that no mobilization activities are being carried out in the Lipetsk region.
The government of the Lipetsk region adds that the need for this procedure arose after errors were revealed during the partial mobilization: “And there should be no errors in the documents. With which it is impossible not to agree.”
