Somewhere the elders in the house decided to stay in their apartments when the alarm sounded and did not go to open the basements,” he wrote in Telegram. The governor also called on residents of Sevastopol, if they have questions, to contact the management company or a special chatbot, “and not for everyone to see.” At the same time, he emphasized that it is impossible to improve all the temporary shelters, “this requires billions.”
“I want to convey one more important point: don’t expect someone to come and stock up water there, install chairs, flooring, or make ventilation. I emphasize that the shelters are temporary, these are not bomb shelters. They are needed mainly to protect themselves from rocket fragments and broken glass. This also needs to be understood,” wrote Mr. Razvozhaev.
Today in Sevastopol the air defense system was shot down rocket. Its debris fell near the pier in the area of Suharnaya Balka. After this, the air raid warning in the city was canceled, re-announced and again canceled.
The day before, on September 22, a missile hit the Black Sea Fleet headquarters building in the center of Sevastopol. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, as a result of the incident, one serviceman disappeared without a trace.
