Putin: over 1 million people went through the personnel system of “Leaders of Russia”

The Leaders of Russia competition is the largest personnel forum not only in our country, but throughout the world. This statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, March 12, while communicating with the winners of the competition.

The head of state noted that this was already the fifth wave of the management competition, and in total over a million people passed through the Leaders of Russia personnel system during the operation of this platform.

According to Vladimir Putin, “this is cool.” The president also called it important that “we are attracting colleagues from new territories, from new regions within the framework of the Leaders of Revival program.”

Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that the heroes of the special operation should take leading positions in the education system, business, public administration, lead regions and enterprises – it is to them, as the Russian leader emphasized, that the country will be handed over in the future.

For participants and veterans of the Northern Military District in Russia, they launched a special personnel program called “Time of Heroes.” This is a management school for those who have already gone through the crucible of the Northern Military District or are still at the front, but will soon return to civilian life. Kremlin Speaker Dmitry Peskov said that thanks to this program a team of modern effective managers will be formed for promotion to high positions.
