All Russian political parties confirmed the high level of organization of remote electronic voting (DEV) in the capital. As Alexander Asafov, deputy head of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation in Moscow in 2022, said, they were convinced of its technical safety.
“At the moment, those numbers, more than 700,000 ballots issued, in my opinion, these are very good numbers that show that both parties and voters highly appreciate the tool itself, the very method of remote electronic voting,” he stressed. Asafov explained that all parties, and not only parliamentary ones, one way or another form groups of electronic observers. Some are present at the site of the Public Headquarters. All systems operate normally, with the active participation of Moscow residents in the voting.
Former head of the Public Headquarters Vadim Kovalev informedthat 15,000 observers are working in the elections.
