At the end of August, a prototype of the domestic Superjet-100 aircraft, in which imported components were replaced, made its first flight in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Platinum sensors for temperature control, necessary for the correct operation of aircraft systems, were manufactured by a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. “Thermiko company supplied 740 high-precision platinum temperature sensors. This is a universal development that can be used for any type of aircraft, missiles and other equipment in accordance with the declared technical characteristics,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. He clarified that the operation of the devices is ensured by a platinum temperature-sensitive measuring element. The capital company makes it using its own technical process. In this case, Russian platinum wire is used. The difficulty in developing and manufacturing sensors is to ensure maximum reliability, high accuracy, and reliability of measurement results. According to the General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, Gennady Degtev, about 40 systems and components of the aircraft were replaced with Russian analogues. “One of the program participants was a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ.” The company has been developing, testing and debugging the technology for mass production of these elements for 30 years,” Degtev noted.
