Pets are looking for friends, neighbors and owners! August UNA-FEST 2022

On August 27, the Yuna Center for the Rehabilitation of Temporarily Homeless Animals will hold an exhibition-attachment of homeless animals as part of the Neighbor’s Day festival on the territory of the urban space Khlebozavod No. 9

The end of August is the time when everyone is in a hurry to fulfill summer plans, close dreams from the to-do list and mentally prepare for autumn. If you had a furry friend item on your summer wish list, this is a great chance! And for those who are just thinking about a pet, the same is better, because miracles happen unexpectedly. Perhaps it is the last weekend of summer that will become important and unusual for you!

Do not lose the opportunity and come to the last summer “Yuna-Fest” to give a home to an animal from the shelter and find a real tailed friend. On August 27, about a hundred dogs and cats of different sizes, characters and colors, as well as a lot of kittens and puppies, will be waiting for their owners on the territory of the urban space Khlebozavod No. 9! All animals are vaccinated, microchipped and given to good hands absolutely free of charge right from the event.

If you want to become a legal owner, you just need to answer a few questions from the zoopsychologist of the Center and sign an agreement on the responsible maintenance of the animal. And to make the first days in the new home as comfortable as possible for the pet, the partners of the event prepared many useful gifts.

Visitors will find a charity market with goods for pets and their owners, prize draws, a children’s area with lessons in responsible attitude to animals “Yuna-Class”. By tradition, representatives of the Moscow Department of Transport and experts from the Yuna Center will give a lecture on caring for a pet in the autumn season.

The event will take place on the territory of the urban space Khlebozavod No. 9, Boilernaya (Moscow, Novodmitrovskaya st. 1, building 17) from 12.00 to 18.00.

“Yuna-Fest” will be organized as part of the “Neighbor’s Day” festival, which will bring together residents of the Butyrsky district, regular guests and residents of the space.

In addition to Yuna-Fest, the festival program is filled with many activities for adults and children: a big book sale from the MIF publishing house, an English zone from the English Zone with a conversation club and board games, a music program from DR.Head and DJ School students. Guests of the festival will be able to buy handmade carpets from Carpet Hauser, take part in a ping-pong tournament from PING TABLET and receive gifts for prizes from the residents of the Bakery: COCOS, SPIN4SPIN, Chuk and Geek.
