Appeal singer Alla Pugacheva to the Russian Ministry of Justice with a request that the department recognize her as a foreign agent, does not “belong to the Kremlin,” said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov. Because of this, he refused to comment on the statement of the artist.
“I don’t think this is a question that relates to the Kremlin in any way. Therefore, I will not comment on this,” Mr. Peskov answered the question of Kommersant FM during today’s press call.
Earlier, the press secretary gave negative assessments to the statements of the spouse of Mrs. Pugacheva, Maxim Galkin, whom the Ministry of Justice recognized as a foreign agent on Friday, September 16. Dmitry Peskov spokethat Mr. Galkin made “very bad statements”, because of which the Kremlin “clearly does not go along with him.”
