In Elista, at the “Wrestling Academy” sports complex, the Republic of Kalmykia sambo wrestling championship among boys and girls under 13 years old was held. Boys and girls in various weight categories (up to 34 kg – up to 71 + kg) took part in the competition.
Winners and runners-up in almost every category were awarded. The winners won the opportunity to represent Kalmykia at the championship of the Southern Federal District. The district competition will take place on April 3-6 in Armavir (Krasnodar region).
