Parents whose children decided to be evicted from the Rios Latte Beach hotel in Turkey, where they were forced to come after being evicted from the Omorfi Garden Resort, began to take them to Russia on their own. In the morning, 7 people left for Antalya airport, reports Tourdom. About 10 more children will again be transported to another camp, which was organized in Turkey by the Ost-West tour operator.

On August 4, it became known that the vacationers of the children’s and teenage camp “Hummingbird Tour” were forced to leave Omorfi Garden Resort, on the basis of which their vacation was organized on August 2. The children were moved to the Rios Latte Beach Hotel.

Currently, according to the parents of the children, they have already left the Rios Latte Beach Hotel. The children went to the Antalya airport. Contrary to the statement of the management of the Hummingbird camp, who promised to buy tickets, the transfer and flight was organized at the expense of the parents themselves. Representatives of consulates and other government services, according to the parents, did not contact them.

Yesterday, the Association of Russian Tour Operators (ATOR), citing parents, reported that a total of 68 children had arrived at the camp. ATOP noted that the contract for booking tickets and accommodation at the hotel was concluded with an individual entrepreneur, and not through a tour operator. The parents claim they have not received any documents other than a one-way ticket.

Dmitry Martin, head of the sales department of the Hummingbird tour operator, said that the children were moved from the Omorfi Garden Resort hotel due to fires near Kemer, and eviction from the Rios Latte Beach Hotel was required due to overbooking.

One of the leaders of the Omorfi Garden Resort Cem Sendag explainedthat the decision to leave the hotel was taken by the Russian tour operator himself. “The Russian sending party assured us that 80% of the children fly home in the morning, so the departure was organized at an inopportune time,” he said. According to Mr. Sentaga, the organizers of the holiday owe the hotel $75,000.
