Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev congratulated residents of the Oryol region on the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the region from the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War.
“Please accept my sincere congratulations on this significant date – the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Oryol land from the Nazi invaders,” Kolokoltsev said during the “Salute to you, Eagle!” commemoration rally.
