On Channel One, Irek Fayzullin said that the damage caused by the floods and subsequent flooding will have to be assessed in relation to approximately 10 thousand houses and 10 thousand boilers. “We believe that 40% probably cannot be restored, estimated. Those who will completely lose their housing will probably have such properties, which means they will receive a certificate with which they can purchase housing,” the minister said (quoted from TASS).

In the Orenburg region, due to floods, a federal emergency situation is in effect. On the evening of April 5 in Orsk, a protective dam on the Ural River broke, after which a mass evacuation was announced. According to the latest data, 7.8 thousand people were evacuated throughout the region, including 2 thousand children. Due to the consequences of the flood in hospitals turned out to be 14 residents of the Orenburg region, including four children. The water in the Ural River in Orenburg continues to rise.
