Okroshka on kefir has become twice as expensive

The purchase of all ingredients for okroshka on kefir in Russia today will cost 2.15 times more than ten years ago, RIA Novosti reports citing Rosstat data.
As of July, the total amount of purchases was reportedly 220.42 rubles. This is determined from the following composition of okroshka for 4 servings: 800 grams of kefir, two potatoes, 200 grams of boiled sausage, two chicken eggs, 200 grams of fresh cucumbers and 25 grams of salt.
At the same time, 10 years ago, 102.66 rubles would have to be paid for the same products. Sausage went up more than others, followed by kefir and eggs.
According to Rosstat, in July 2023, a kilogram of fermented milk products cost 99.56 rubles, potatoes – 46.32 rubles, boiled sausage – 484.11 rubles, cucumbers – 94.73 rubles, salt – 18.12 rubles, and a dozen eggs – 78.49 rubles.
