OK users gave 17 billion reactions and sent 35 billion gifts in 2023
The results of the activity of Russian users in 2023 were summed up by Odnoklassniki. Over 12 months, 425 million new friendships were created on the social network, over 17 billion reactions were made, 1.8 billion comments were published, and 983 million reposts were made.
As expected, the most popular topic in terms of the number of published materials in the Hobbies service was the New Year. Handicrafts are in second place in demand, followed by cooking, then recreation and tourism, and in fifth place are beauty and health.
It turned out that last year users began to more actively congratulate each other on various holidays. During the year, they sent 35 billion virtual gifts, which is much more – 37% – more than in 2022. In addition, more than 2 billion cards were shared in private messages on the social network.
The Russian capital became the leader in the number of gifts sent among the regions: during the year, Muscovites shared almost 5 billion gifts with friends and family. And the most generous person with virtual congratulations on the social network was the person who sent 5 million gifts.
