Mutabor appealed the decision to suspend the club’s activities – Kommersant

Lawyers of the Moscow club Mutabor, which hosted Anastasia Ivleeva’s party with an almost naked dress code, filed an appeal against solution Lefortovo District Court of Moscow to close the establishment for 90 days. The meeting date has not yet been set.

“The court received an appeal from representatives of Art Center LLC (owner of the Mutabor trademark) against the decision to suspend the operation of the establishment for 90 days. This complaint will later be considered by the Moscow City Court,” they said. TASS in a court.

The decision to suspend the club’s work was made yesterday, January 10, under the article on violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements (Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). At the court hearing, as reported TASS, it was said that the court materials “contain a card of an infectious patient and a copy of a receipt for the purchase of beer.” The club operates a cashless system: the visitor tops up a special club card and places an order at the bar; receipts are not issued after purchase.

According to Kommersant, Rospotrebnadzor employees, following an inspection on December 27, discovered the absence of thermometers in the warehouses where beer is stored, cracks and chips on the walls, as well as traces of rodents.

According to the Mash Telegram channel, Mutabor management plans to sue Anastasia Ivleeva for 70 million rubles, since the club’s reputation was damaged due to the party. Lefortovo District Court decidedthat the event promoted non-traditional sexual relationships.
