A Muscovite named Dmitry, who suffered from cyber scammers, shared a way to avoid problems in an interview with Lenta.ru.
He said that earlier the scammers were able to hack into his account on the State Services, and then took a microloan for 30 thousand rubles for his documents at 365% per annum. At the same time, he noted that no one even called him at all, and even more so did not invite him to the office to receive a microloan. Later, the scammers deleted his account from Gosuslug.
A Muscovite was able to avoid payments on a fraudulently issued loan by obtaining an extract from the credit bureau and contacting the police. He also informed the organization that issued the loan, which after a few days recognized his illegality. In addition, information about this loan was removed from Dmitry’s credit history.
After some time, they again tried to get a loan for him, but all microfinance organizations refused to issue him.
