Moscow schoolchildren won the volleyball tournament

Kazan hosted the finals of the All-Russian Volleyball Tournament among schoolchildren. The winner of the tournament among girls was the team of the capital’s school No. 2127, and among the boys – the team of the capital’s school No. 2031.
Teams from 2128 schools of the country took part in the qualifying games of the tournament, teams of young volleyball players from Moscow and St. Petersburg, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk, Kaliningrad, Yaroslavl regions reached the final.
– Volleyball, as an active sport, improves health, lifts the spirit, sets you up for victory. The project is also valuable because the guys involved in sports, cut off from the negative influence of the street, the Internet, harmful sites, show an example of team spirit and solidarity. I am sure that today’s schoolchildren, keen volleyballin the future will become the basis of serious teams in their region, – noted, congratulating the winners, President of the Tatarstan Volleyball Federation Farid Mukhametshin.
