Specialists of the City Methodological Center of the Moscow Department of Education and Science have begun summing up the results of the online Olympiad on the outside world “The World Around – 2023”, in which fourth-grade students with special educational needs take part.
Two types of tasks were developed for the children: the first was intended for students who are engaged in the first or second versions of adapted programs comparable to the usual ones, the second – for students with mental disabilities. All questions of the Olympiad were related to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the writer and founder of Russian pedagogy Konstantin Ushinsky.
As the organizers of the Olympiad noted, its goal is to test the knowledge of schoolchildren about important events in the social and cultural life of the country, the achievements of famous compatriots, and the protection of natural resources.
Verification of the results will be completed on February 28. By this day, they will appear in the personal accounts of the participants.
