Moscow declares orange weather alert due to heavy rain

The hydrometeorological center announced an orange level of weather danger in Moscow, the Moscow and Ryazan regions. The warning is in effect until midnight due to heavy rain. Throughout the rest of the territory of the Central Federal District, a yellow level of weather danger has been declared.
The orange level also operates in many regions of the North Caucasian, Southern, and Ural federal districts. An increased level of weather hazard operates almost throughout Russia, with the exception of several regions in the Far East, Siberia and the Volga Federal District.
