Famous actress and choreographer Ulyana Bachernikova was injured while performing in a musical at the Moscow Operetta Theater.
As it became known to MK, an accident with a 46-year-old ballet dancer occurred on January 31 at about eight o’clock in the evening on stage during the performance of Monte Cristo.
After performing support with a partner, she unsuccessfully got down on her leg. Since the artist danced barefoot, as it turned out later, from a strong blow, she had a serious stretching of the calf muscle of the left leg.
The victim was taken to the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, where they conducted all the necessary examinations. Doctors initially suspected a muscle tear as the movement was performed in a turn, but this was not confirmed.
Now the artist is already at home, she will have to recover for two weeks.
