Another incident in the public utilities sector has left more than 9,050 apartment buildings in the Pervomaisky district of Vladivostok without power supply. By message Primorye Prosecutor’s Office, an accident on a power line occurred today, November 28, at about 10:00 local time (3:00 Moscow time).
Emergency restoration work is being carried out.
The supervisory agency intends to assess “compliance with legal requirements for the maintenance and servicing of electrical networks, compliance with the regulatory deadline for eliminating the accident.”
The day before, due to an accident on the main heating pipeline, more than 6 thousand residents of Vladivostok left without heating or hot water for about eight hours.
And on November 9 in one of the microdistricts of the capital of Primorye happened emergency disconnection of consumers from electricity, heat and hot water supply. Then, by data Primorye prosecutor’s office, more than 20 thousand citizens were left without heat and light.
