More than 1,000 people took to the Russian Ski Track in Ulan-Ude

Today, February 17, the All-Russian mass ski race “Ski Track of Russia 2024” took place throughout the republic and in Ulan-Ude.
The mass sporting event has been held annually since 1982. Every year the number of participants grows. This year, too, more than 80 regions of the Russian Federation are taking part in this grandiose sports festival.
In Ulan-Ude, the event took place on the slopes of the Zorka children’s camp, where about 1,000 skiers gathered. In general, more than 17 thousand people are involved in skiing in the republic, the Ministry of Sports of Buryatia notes. This year the Russian Ski Track is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade.
