Ministry of Natural Resources offers “General cleaning”

The Ministry of Natural Resources may replace the “Clean Country” with “General Cleaning” in the national projects.
It is proposed to amend the national project “Ecology”. Instead of the Clean Country project, a new one is proposed – General Cleaning. According to the developers, it is more ambitious and covers a wide range of objects of socio-economic development.
Currently, the Cabinet of Ministers is working on proposals to extend the national project “Ecology” until 2030. The Clean Country project ends in 2024. And with the advent of the General Cleaning, after this date, projects for reclamation will begin to work not only on land, but also on water. Previously, 20 billion rubles will be allocated for the new project in 2022-2024.
