Producer Konstantin Meladze again put up for sale his house with singer Vera Brezhnova in an elite cottage village on Rublyovka. At the same time, according to data Mash, the seller of real estate is Meladze’s mother.
At the beginning of the year, it was reported that a luxurious house of 700 square meters with 36 acres of land was put up for sale for 300 million rubles. Information about the lot quickly appeared in the media, a scandal arose around the artists who left Russia, and the announcement was removed.
Now, according to the announcement, the seller is asking for a higher amount for the house – 350 million rubles.
