He said that in social networks and a number of telegram channels there is a discussion on how to deal with traitors who have defected to the enemy and want the death of their Fatherland. Some say that it is necessary to act according to the law, while others say that it is necessary to act “in fairness,” Medvedev explained.
“Of course, only according to the law. But if the law does not work or does not achieve its goal, then according to the special rules of wartime, as it was during the Great Patriotic War. In times of war, special rules always apply. And quiet groups of impeccably invisible people, their performing effectively,” he explained.
