Media: Rosaviatsia forbade employees to use the iPhone

Rosaviatsiya introduced a ban on the use of iPhone employees for official purposes. About it informed TASS, citing a source in one of the major airlines.
Restrictions were also introduced at the State Air Traffic Management Corporation, the Administration of Civil Airports, as well as at the State Research Institute of Civil Aviation. At the same time, the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency did not confirm or deny this information to the agency.

July 4 Vedomosti wrotethat employees of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and subordinate organizations will be banned from using the iPhone. An employee of one of the companies developing IT solutions noted that similar bans would soon be introduced in other major departments and regions. Later, the first deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vasily Osmakov confirmed introduction of a ban on the use of the iPhone for work communication.
In early June, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov informedthat employees of the presidential administration cannot use Apple mobile devices for work purposes. According to him, everyone knows that “these gadgets are absolutely transparent,” and therefore their use in official communications is prohibited.
