Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov: support for Tokmak district of Zaporozhye region is of paramount importance for Ingushetia

The authorities of Ingushetia have begun to implement plans to provide support to the sponsored Tokmak district of the Zaporozhye region. The head of the subject, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, noted that people living in the recent war zone need help, and Ingushetia will provide it.

In Magas, a meeting of the working group on providing patronage assistance to the Tokmak district of the Zaporozhye region was held, which was instructed by the head of the republic, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov. As part of it, Deputy Minister of Construction of the region Sergey Leontiev announced a dialogue with the authorities of the Tokmak region on the issue of drawing up a plan for restoration work in 2023-2025 and discussing the restoration of social infrastructure and other facilities. Also, more than 40 tons of humanitarian cargo was sent to the Tokmak region.

Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov said that the assistance and support of the Tokmak region is a priority for Ingushetia.

“We are aware that the people living in the territories where the fighting has recently taken place are in particular need of our assistance, including humanitarian assistance and the restoration of infrastructure,” Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov said.

Also in Ingushetia, on the basis of the Republican sports and training center “Muzhichi”, there will be a training camp with the participation of wrestlers from Tokmak.

Let us recall that earlier the regions of the Russian Federation took patronage over the districts in the new regions of the country on behalf of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
