Grigory Leps is gaining popularity in Russia. Site KP.RU mentioned that the artist performed on New Year’s Eve in a restaurant on Rublyovka, where tables set in the VIP zone cost 900 thousand rubles each and spoke about his fees now.
Old New Year, according to the site of the publication, the singer will meet in Dubai and all tickets for his concert have also been sold out.
“Leps is now No. 1 in show business, and he almost always has a full sold-out,” said an employee of a company that organizes private events with artists.
According to the interlocutor of the publication, the scandals only benefited Leps, “once again confirming his image of a normal Russian peasant”: “he can wave his fists in the heat of the moment” and then “resolve this conflict so that no one will have any claims.”
Moreover, the artist does not hide from his audience: “yes, they say, a brawler, not without sin.”
An employee of the concert organizer believes that the audience “likes it, it captivates,” because people see the artist as “an ordinary person, and not a distant star-touchy with an impeccable image invented by PR people and stylists.”
And the fans, as he said, are willing to pay for it.
According to him, Leps over the past year became the most expensive domestic star for a corporate party. His fee was 120 thousand euros.
Previously, only comedian Maxim Galkin, who left Russia, could boast of such a price.
At the same time, he noted that the singer Zemfira, who now lives in Europe, received even more – 200 thousand euros per evening. But it was ordered less often.
