“Kuzmich” was fined almost a million because of the show by Lera Kudryavtseva

In St. Petersburg, the court charged the actor Viktor Bychkov, best known to the general public for his role as huntsman Kuzmich in “Peculiarities of the National Hunt”, a large penalty for failing to appear on the set of Lera Kudryavtseva’s show.

According to the joint press service of the St. Petersburg courts, the reason for the lawsuit was the disruption of the filming of the “star” TV show in November 2021. The plaintiff pointed out that Bychkov signed a filming agreement, but did not appear at the studio on the appointed day. Because of this, the organizer, according to the plaintiff, suffered losses due to the rent of the studio, the installation of scenery. Also, in the contract with the actor, his liability for refusing to fulfill the agreement in the amount of the promised fee – 402 thousand rubles was spelled out.

Defendant Bychkov tried to challenge the claim, pointing out that his absence was forced: on the eve of filming, his wife was hospitalized with a serious illness. However, the arguments of the actor did not convince the judge of the Krasnogvardeisky court: the artist was ordered to pay a penalty in the amount of more than 715 thousand rubles.
