The Northern Character martial arts center was built in Krasnoselkup, and the sports complex will open in the near future. Sambo classes for schoolchildren will be held at its base, the head of the Krasnoselkup district, Yuri Fischer, said on December 26 during a live broadcast.
“The opening of Northern Character is scheduled for January. There will be competitions, raising the flag, singing the anthem. Let’s invite representatives of NOVATEK – a modular building was purchased with their money. We already realized that the school’s gym would not be able to fulfill its functions during the implementation of the “Sambo to School” project, so we decided that there should be this sports complex next to the school. We will definitely hold sambo lessons here,” Fischer emphasized.
